Hi everyone. I'm new to the GLP-1 arena, but after years of trying to lose the weight I've gained in my 30s, I needed to try something different. That path led me here. I'm a triathlete (swim, bike, run) who eats way too much, and I struggle with curbing my appetite late a night, which spirals into fasting in the morning, then eating again at night. And so the hamster wheel turns.
I've just started on a dose of sema, and I'm hear to learn more about the different types of GLP-1s, their side effects, dosing strategies (lowest amount with the greatest effect), and really to digest as much information about GLP-1s, as this is completely foreign to me. Thanks all, and please excuse my beginners ignorance in my posts.
