Been into Peptides for about a year after BPC and TB500 helped me heal stupid shoulder pain from a Rotator cuff surgery. It was amazing and I was on board ever since. Currently got those 2 as well as Ipamorelin, L-Citrulline and Glutathione for Gym use and open to other suggestions for Fat Loss and Body Recomposition. Happy to be here 💪🏼

Please explain BPC and TB500. Had rotor cuff surgery last year and still have pain at certain times. New to peptides.

I was unable to move my arm in certain angles because of the annoying pain. Also had limited mobility even over a year after surgery.

Did months of research and decided to try the combination of BPC-157 and TB500. I did an “athlete” type dose of both and I swear to you, my pains were gone and mobility returned, all in about 2 weeks. I made sure to work out during the 2 weeks to make sure mobility was fully reached. I felt stronger and just better overall.

After the first run, I used BPC-157 on its own, only because it’s a more efficient dose, as TB500 is required in a bit of a higher dose. (I was being a cheapskate to be honest). It still worked, but not as good as the first run of both combined. I did get my peptides from a different source that I will no longer use as it seemed to be under dosed. (Core Peptides: I’ve read a few threads online that state their stuff is weak. Is it true? Who knows, but I’ve had better results elsewhere)

👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼(See below for Generic but real benefit list I found online during my research) 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

TB500:
  1. Rapid Healing & Recovery
  2. Muscle Growth & Repair
  3. Reduced Inflammation
  4. Improves Cardiovascular Health
  5. Anti-Aging Treatment
BPC-157:
  1. Rapid healing from wounds and burns.
  2. Faster recovery from serious injuries.
  3. Improves healing of injuries to muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
  4. Repairs the brain from drug-induced damage.
  5. Potential treatment for managing alcohol / drug withdrawals.
  6. Eases symptoms related to anxiety and chronic depression.
  7. Improves the immune system and protects against allergies / viruses.
  8. Potential treatment for gastric issues like Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Feel free to ask about anything I didn’t cover. (Dosages I took, etc) 💪🏼

I love this! Reddit would have deleted this so quick, lol.

I (50+ M) had a knee that was progressively worsening with pain. X-ray was fine, no arthritis. Over the course of 3 months I went from jogging on the treadmill to only being able to walk and eventually could not even walk and had to go to elliptical machine. Then, even using the elliptical became unbearable with the pain. I had started down the peptide rabbit hole looking at Tirzepatide and when I read about BPC-157/TB-500 I decided to give it a shot. I used a combo vial which I now understand is not ideal. My knee problem 95% resolved after the 28-day course and I was back on the treadmill and even went skiing a month later. I was absolutely astounded that this peptide could help my body heal itself so effectively.

That’s wonderful to hear! Glad you were able to heal the way you did. Stay strong friend 💪🏼
