New here, just found this board. I started my journey last year with sema, but had to quit when I ended up with ischemic colitis - not sure they were related and my doc didn’t seem to think so but will never really know. I had lost about 18 pounds but then gained it back when I stopped as I really had to wait to heal and couldn’t really do much.
Anyway, fast forward to July 31st and my doc switched me to Triz and I am having much better results as I am down 20 pounds so far and no side effects. I have gone down the peptide rabbit hole and have been reading books and researching for months. Exciting new self help world has been opened up and I’m excited to keep enhancing my knowledge.
