I am a male in my early 60s. I have been struggling with my weight for the last 20 years. I have end stage ankle arthritis in both ankles, sleep apnea, and an and an enlarged aorta. I have tried many diets over the years with varying degrees of success. Lowfat, intermittent fasting, keto etc. About 2 years ago I quit nicotine (oral pouches). I knew that when people quit nicotine they typically gain 20 lbs. I was able to convince my doctor to put me on Ozempic for my obesity and pre-diabetes. I quit nicotine and actually lost a little weight. My insurance stopped covering Ozempic and I started quickly gain weight after stopping it. I have been on tirz from a compounding pharmacy for about 3 Mos. On tirz I have already lost more than I could with Ozempic. I feel great. I stumbled on this forum and having been reading like crazy about the grey market. I just made my first purchase from a Grey vendor and I am excited about saving a ton of money.

Congrats on the loss, and finding some great resources! Have you found your research has helped with any of the other health issues?

Thank you. The weight loss from glp-1s has put my a1c in the normal range. The pain from the end stage ankle arthritis has drastically decreased. I was able to add a weekly hike with 600 feet elevation gain to my routine. My last CT of my aorta has shown it is stable and has not increased in size. I am so happy I can still obtain glp-1 medication without going broke!!
