Hey everyone,

I just joined to learn more about peptides, specifically tirz. Insurance won't cover anything for losing weight and compounded is still too expensive long term.
I have been struggling losing weight a long time. After recovering from some health issues, i gained a bunch of weight and I feel like a bigger failure everyday.

I haven’t bought anything yet, still reading and trying to decide.
I read eating enough protein is important and fiber and drinking enough water. I'm doing that now too.

what's the best advice you gotten or given for new people?

Thanks

Welcome! I think you're off to a great start by joining this forum. I started taking Reta a few weeks ago, but you can't go wrong with Tirz either.

Hi and welcome!

The best advice I can offer is: 1. Don't rush, these are important decisions and while we all crave speedy results moving too fast is just another way we set ourselves up for disappointment. 2. You're not alone, while our individual stories may not be the same, we've all faced similar struggles and experiences and it can be unbelievably encouraging when you start meeting and talking to people who have and are traveling similar paths. 3. Take in all the information and knowledge you can, make your own informed decisions about what's best for you and never blindly trust advice from internet strangers. The information is out there, it's not always easy to sift through and make sense of it all which brings me back to #1, don't rush.

Glad to have you here and hope we can be a part of helping you achieve your goals!

Thanks! Reta sounds better than Tirz tbh but its too much of a risk for me to take right now.
I hope you will post updates on how it goes.

Thank you! #1 has been the hardest so far. But I dont want to reck myself long term or fail again.
