Newbie here 👋🏻 started on Rybelsus in Nov. 2024 after being prescribed sema for insulin resistance. Only lost 7lbs after 5 months. Then found Tirz in Mexico but never went above the 2.5mg due to cost. A friend recommended Reta. I bought an overpriced one which led to wondering how the hell people were affording this. This led me to gray. Happy I found this community. Currently on Tirz 10mg/week for inflammation and Reta 6mg/week. 10lbs in 4 weeks, looking to lose another 30lbs. I’m also dealing with a lot of fatigue so looking into SS-31 and MOTS. I have POTS as well.
