Ella at HKFP has been easy to work with. I have placed 2 orders so far. I sent research materials to a 3 rd party testing site for 4 different peptides and all tested out greater than 99% pure except CJC 5 and it tested 98.75% which is still good in my book.
Wait times are about average sitting around 18 days from order to delivery so on par with most CN companies not using FedEx.
I have dealt with Ella only through email and response times have been appropriate and communication has been easy and respectful. Payments have been made with BTC.
My only beef is that orders have been made from the list and paid for only to be told later they are out of stock. It would be nice to be told the stock is out before paying . They have always offered refunds or offered other products though so not bad.
