My brand of tism is the world of peptides at 45yo. I also make custom fishing poles and enjoy smoking meats (it’s that or WWII history they say) when I’m not peddling production chemicals in the oilfield.

Now to big-back behavior and un-making the results of such. I’ve never been the smallest fella in a room back to grade school. Graduated HS at 6’ and 200lbs with 30” waist, 22” biceps, and 28” thighs. Benched 300, squatted 450, and deadlifted 600 after a full ACL blowout and reconstruction my sophomore year. Damn, youth was great!

Now, it’s different. Still 6’ tall but was 356 around the first of June 2025. 😔 I got back with 4-5 days a week of strength training in May of 2025. Started Reta 5.5 weeks ago. Damn. Why didn’t I look for this sooner? Feel like I’m 30 again! Anyway, labs here from 10-24 for some sort of accountability. All fasting numbers and underlying alcoholism as only diagnosis from doc. Healthiest fat old dude you’ve ever seen! Lol? LFG on this deal!!

That is awesome, I’m so happy for you! Very encouraging to see that the effects are so positive when there’s a lot of fear mongering about negative effects. I’m somewhat new to it, but it has definitely been the best weight loss tool I’ve used, ever.
