Howdy. At 6'3" 390 sw, in over a year without meds I hit 360. From 360 with Semaglutide for 4 months I hit 320, which was a lot easier and truly life changing. The reduction of other meds have been fantastic. My GW is 240. Looking at options but taking the time to see what fits me best.
