Hey everyone I am from Mississippi I am hoping to learn more and get help I have lost a total of 117 pounds I have 30 more pounds until I reach my Goal weight I feel so stuck but I wanted to join today to get more knowledge

Hello! I’m new too.
I’ve been dealing with some health issues due to natural aging and OTC options (for hormones) haven’t helped much. I’m unemployed right now, which has just made it harder to afford what I usually get through my US channels. I’m hoping to learn as much as I can, even when it comes to physical activity and supportive routines. I’m here with harm reduction in mind and appreciate the chance to be part of the community.
