I went to dose myself yesterday…was titrating from 5mg to 7.5 but I forgot I micro dosed 3mg two days before(altered my schedule a bit due to upcoming camping trip)…so basically I took 10.5mg in the last 4 days. I do not feel well. I was sick all night and I feel so nauseous and drained.
Did I mess up my tolerance if I go back to 7.5 next week? Any tips to get through this 😭
Some of the symptoms could also be psychosomatic. Math wise, the 3mg dose had depreciated/eliminated ~25-30% (48-60 hours, practically 2-2.25mg) when you took your regular dose which will take ~24 hours to peak (Tmax). Not discounting your experience, but hopefully allaying some anxiety... also the ride should be fairly short, assuming 24 hour Tmax the cumulative two doses will drop below your standard 7.5mg peak ~65 hours after the 7.5mg injection, although your system will likely normalize before then.
Like others have said, you can return to normal programming, no worries there. If you're happy with your dose day, keep it. If you want to adjust next week's dose for the 3mg dose, assuming that 24 hour Tmax, reduce next week's dose by 1.3mg.
I would drink some, eat if you want and eat what sounds good. Protein can be lax for a day if it makes the ride less annoying. Definitely don't stress over not eating if you don't feel like it.
If I'm traveling short term and need to take GLP with me, I make a vial that I discard at the end of the trip. That removes a lot of the need to refrigerate and doesn't put the thermal swings on my main vial. I've also been known to take some extra before the trip... it's a balance.
A conversation from last week, nausea resolved minutes after I pointed out it couldn't be from the shot. Anxiety is certainly a thing, in a quiet room I hear my heart beat kinda deal.
