I think the web server that hosts the forums needs a restart

I've made about 5 posts this evening and each time I get a long wait when I click the submit button. Sometimes I get the oops try again error. Sometimes it double posts. And just now the oops error popped up while I was typing.

Made a few adjustments and updates that I usually try to reserve for overnight when there's less traffic, but everything should be back to normal now.
