Just sharing this so others can learn from my mistake. I have both 50 mg and 30 mg kits of Retatrutide, but I’ve been using the 50 mg vials while following my old dosing sheet that was based on the 30 mg kit. I didn’t realize the mismatch until I mixed a new vial this morning and checked my notes. I thought I was dosing 3 mg on Mondays and 4 mg on Thursdays, but I was actually taking 5 mg on Mondays and 6.6 mg on Thursdays. Definitely my Reddit noob moment, but hopefully this helps someone avoid the same mix-up. Good news is that I am still kicking, I did not notice excessive side effects either. It was very difficult to hit my food macros.

Extra juice ! ;-)
I'm glad you are ok.

Good for not having any bad side effects! Always a plus. Not a huge increase in dosage but yeah that food suppression will hit harder. The effects of these mistakes tend be individual dependent though... If someone with a history of bad side effects when titrating up were to do the same... haha good luck. Seen enough from reddit.
This is only a reminder to label everything upon receipt.

Glad you are ok, and that you brought this up for others

You definitely are NOT the only person this has happened to, and I’m sure many haven’t realized that this is something to look out for

It has happened to me, which is why I also write down my calculations when I reconstitute, then recheck my notes before each and every injection, just to make sure I didn’t mess up

Bc we’re all human, and these things happen

Again, thanks for raising this issue, which I think is more common than some care to admit (or just haven’t realized it yet)

At least you didn't take the entire 50mg vial at once. One redditor took a whole vial of R30 instead of 3mg and had to go to the ER.
Waitaminute there were 2 of them??
The one I knew took an entire R30 vial thinking it was his weekly 10mg MOTSc.
Never went to the ER though.
