Intro from a Lurker

Hello, all! I've been lurking for awhile and decided I should register and introduce myself. I'm a 45 yr old wife and mom to 5 kids. I have hypertension, diabetes, obesity. I've been on metformin for years and have lost 50 lbs on my own but I have been stalled and A1C is going up. Also been so tired lately and just want to get healthy. While my insurance would likely cover GLPs, I still have a deductible and coinsurance which would equal $350 a month or more, which just isn't doable for me right now. I just did a starter pack with a telehealth company and took my first injection today, but I need to find more affordable options if this is meant to be a lifetime medication.
