Hi! I’m here to learn more about the ins and outs of peptide use, specifically Reta. I’ve been taking Reta for 3 weeks and have lost 16 lbs so far. I know a lot was water weight but I’m still excited about my progress. Hoping with my regular weight lifting plus calorie deficit I’ll be able to lose an additional 40 lbs by the end of the year while minimizing muscle loss.
