I have been on Sema compounded for 3 years and have a total weight loss of 50lb . I have been micro dosing the last 9 months to maintain and really want to lose 10 lbs more I am a senior ( don’t feel like one) at 66 years and 5’7 currently 150. I ordered Reta and started on it last week a 2 mg and on my second week. Not sure of its efficacy at this point as I am not sure of the quality.So with that being said I am thinking low dose tirz and Reta
