I’m new and and to be honest this is the first forum I’ve ever joined. So, I’m learning how to post and navigate pages/info. Main reason for joining is I’ve lost 53lbs with Tirz along with exercise and food management over the last year. I had a decent supplier but now they won’t return emails.

Recently over the last two months I’ve plateaued. Looking to try Reta and find a good supplier that is trustworthy and cost effective to help lose the additional weight. Also to see what other’s have experienced on Reta vs Tirz.
