is a COA different to Jano test results?

In my latest order I requested test results but not a COA because I thought they were the same thing, after doing some more reading it seems they are 2 seperate things that should be requested from the seller? is this correct?

If this is the case, I've already received my order should I/can I request a COA for the product I already recieved?

They almost always refer to the same thing. An example of a COA from Jano:

Relying on vendor results can be problematic. You may want to have your own tests performed.
