Is ordering HCG pointless?

I wanted to try HCG monotherapy, so I ordered a 10 vial kit. After reconstituting I put roughly 250 IUs on a pregnancy test kit and it came back negative (see image).

Assuming my source is legit, I was wondering whether maybe ordering HCG is pointless. I've read online that it's a very fragile protein that's easily damaged by environmental factors. I imagine the weather, freezing and thawing and the flight could easily denature it. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

You would need actual lab testing, vs a pregnancy test. I have reconstituted HCG many times, I never treated it as fragile. Never had an issue that made me question it. I also got from a 503a so that may have been the difference. I did just recently order 2 kits from grey, I’ll know soon enough if it’s the real deal.

I've never had issues with the HCG I've purchased so far, though admittedly this amounts to 2 kits.

From Jano at Meso, you need to dilute first:

Pregnancy tests suck balls for testing HCG. I had a bunch of r-Hucog that couldn't pass and was freaking out. Then I did the process below and it passed easily.

janoshik said:
Try diluting 0.1 ml of HCG into 10-20 ml of water, stir it well THEN use pregnancy test.

Pregnancy tests are not built for amounts as massive as those in a vial of HCG, so they can (and often do) turn false negatives.
Jano doesn't mention how many iu of HCG. But I guess it doesn't matter too much then, due to the Hook effect:

the American Pregnancy Association says hCG levels can peak at around 288,000 mIU/ml during weeks 9-12. Still, that’s nowhere near the 500,000 mIU/ml or 1,000,000 mIU/ml experts say is needed to cause the hook effect in a pregnancy test.

500,000 mIU/mL is 500 iu per mL. So I guess the concentration needs to be lower than that.

(If it works out, this will tell you that you do have HCG, but obviously nothing about underfill or overfill.)

Ah, interesting. I will try this tomorrow. Might try my own urine as well while I am at it.

Thank you.

Google Gemini:

For most over-the-counter home pregnancy tests, a concentration of 20 mIU/mL to 25 mIU/mL (milli-international units per milliliter) of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine is the standard threshold required to produce a positive result.

20 mIU/mL is 0.025 IU/mL, so barely any HCG needs to be present for a positive result, compared to the boatload of IUs in a vial.

My grey HCG works fine. But yeah, it is a peptide that I store at room temp in powder form. Not in freezer like a lot of peptides.

Should the unconstituted HCG be stored at room temp? I didn't freeze the vial I used for the pregnancy test kit, but I did put the other 9 vials in the freezer.

I always thought the unconstituted HCG should be stored at room temperature, and not frozen. And once constituted, fridge. But I have always stored my unconstituted HGH in fridge. And Jano ran all these tests on old HGH sitting out at room temperature for years, and it came back pretty good. So I might be overestimating how fragile HCG is too. I used to PCT for a while back starting 30 years ago, and got it delivered internationally, and it worked just fine back then. So I suspect it is probably a bit stronger than we think too.

So I gave it another shot and it worked just fine. I was kinda worried because everything else I had ordered from this vendor worked just fine. Thanks for the support and information everyone.

I have always heard that you can test with pregnancy test this is the first time I’m reading about needing to dilute! You learn something. New everyday.

I treated myself with hcg for 6 months after years of anabolics and was able to get my wide pregnant. I always went off how the ol nuggets were swelled up lol. Another way would be to get blood tested for LH and FSH.

Same, I always used HCG for pct throughout the years of using AAS and I had no issues getting my wife pregnant. I still use it now as a part of my TRT protocol.

I bought some HCG from one of the Chinese marketplace vendors here. White caps in a clear case.

Dunno what it is but it's doing its job. Daytime energy is much better and I went from once every three days to twice a day, plus the return of morning ragers.

I'm 5 days into monotherapy, 200IU IM per morning, with an insulin pin into the delt. 27 year old male.

Oh ejaculate is whiter and more voluminous too.

Why not just inject it subq? Might as well spare yourself some pain right?

I have started trt, and found IM injections actually hurt less than subq. Both at the time of injection and afterwards.
you're weird.. No, don't argue... it's a fact...you're bonkers...if you were a DC comics character, you would be Bizarro.

Once, I got an injection site carbuncle due to an IM shot...It was terrible. Then last year, one week of IM injection of gear left me sitting side-assed for a month.

I was gonna ask if this was a Dutch thing, but despite the dykes, surely you can find some water in erstwhile Flanders, can't you? Are things that bad there? What happened? Also, what's the agenda behind using HCG?

Is ordering HCG pointless?

Not if it's delivered in time and it delivers on time, and the designated target delivers at the appropriate time. Congratulations

For some reason I feel like I have dreams of Asians in yoga pants when I take HCG, really does something to my libido (which is odd, because been on test for decades). But I guess my point is, I certainly don’t find that pointless, and quite enjoy it.

Well in a way I did dilute it, using my own biomass instead of water. Jokes aside I had 3 test strips, I also tested one diluted with water and it worked too.

Yeah, it beats PT-141 in that regard.

Yeah idk, I wouldn't recommend IM injection. It also affects the pharmacokinetics.

I have 5 kids. I have taken literally hundreds of pregnancy tests. Starting at 7 days dast ovulation and would get faint positives like this at 8 days past. I'd order them in boxes of 50 or more regularly.
This test is not negative. 'A line is a line'. If I pissed and that test came back I'd be car shopping for a passenger van tomorrow.
LOL so, there is definitely some hcg coming through even though it's not blaring positive. Furthermore, different pregnancy tests need more hcg present to show positive.

Anyways, I don't know anything about hcg except as it pertains to women and pregnancy and tests. So this is likely not helpful at all. Just couldn't not say something cuz that thing is positive, baby! 🤣🤣
