Hello, everyone! I'm just about to get started on KPV and curious to learn about others' experiences using it for consistent inflammation relief. What's your daily dose? Do you take it just 1x or more a day? How long does it take to feel relief? How long does the relief last per injection? Any kind of diminishing effect the longer you take it? Anything else helpful you'd like to share? Many thanks!

I'm on 0.5mg/day. I run it for 20 days on, 20 off to keep skin and gut issues under control. Every time I can definitely feel the benefits after a week or so.

I absolutely love it! I find it second to only reta.

My first three pins were 250 mcg and now 500 mcg (once in the morning). I first noticed results in about weeks time.

Every morning for 30 years I walk down the stairs one foot, one step at a time. After two weeks on KPV, I can walk down the stairs like a normal person first thing in the morning.

I have lost some weight with reta, so I'm sure that helps a lot but I firmly believe the KPV is helping out immensely.

These are my absolutely top 2 as well. Glad to hear you are getting relief! I think KPV is amazing.

I do like to deprive myself from time to time just to make sure. I’ve stopped using it for a couple of weeks and my shoulders are back to hurting all the time again.

This is my first time running it and I'll always have extra now.

How long do you typically run it? I've seen where it says anywhere from 4-12 months.

How long did it take for you to notice the pain creeping back in?

Amazing! So happy for you. I hope to be walking like a normal person soon, too. How long have you been taking KPV? Do you cycle on/off at all?

It's my first time taking it and I've been on it about three weeks now.

I plan on doing it for at least 2-3 months but I'm kinda figuring it out as I go.

Currently running 0.5mg a day in the morning, so far certainly feeling some improvements in gut health. Only been doing it around a week and plan to run for 30 days before looking at adding BPC.

im litteraly starting kpv tody , i currently have reta 1 x a week night time wolverine and tesormorelin , would this go fine with what im currently using and do i just add at nighttime or best in morning

Nothing in that stack would interfere with KPV. Adding it with a wolverine protocol basically gives you KLOW without the GHK-Cu, which some people are now calling a “Tri-Heal blend.” I personally like to rotate KPV, BPC, and TB4 now instead of stacking them just so I can better observe what’s actually doing what. I still believe they all have their benefits, but for me, it’s certainly more noticeable when I’m not running KPV (as-in I miss it). (Like I mentioned earlier, there’s really no need to cycle it. I’ve only done so lately because I have a lot of BPC and TB4, and, again, I like to take little breaks to prove the KPV is still the magic sauce.)

As far as when to take it, there are a couple of philosophies.

One general philosophy is to spread out all of your various peps throughout the day (or at least split them into morning/night) so you spread your endotoxin load out and aren’t overloading what your body can clear all at once. (It’s solid advice that I don’t personally take because I find that if I try to take evening peps, I’m very inconsistent with it.)

For KPV, you can take it whenever you have the highest inflammation. If you are the most sore in the morning when you get up, you can take it then. If you have more issues in the evening after a day of work, you can take it then.

Or you can just take it whenever it fits your schedule. I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer, just a what works best for you answer. KPV works systemically. With consistency, you will probably notice improvements in a week or so.
