That recomp pic is amazing. Hard to believe it's only 9 lbs on the scale.
The only downside to weightloss for me is that my lifts have plummeted, especially the bench press, with my bodyweight going from 145+ to 110lbs, but if I convert my lifts to a multiple of body weight, then they don't look so bad!

Started 3/26/24 with Mounjaro. Down 55 pounds. I supplement compounded tirz with 7.5 MJ. Currently taking 7.5 twice a week. I’ll start the SRY tirz when the compound runs out.

The last picture wow!! Amazing job on changing your entire body composition. Hard to believe that is just 9lbs! This makes me motivated to keep on trying to add more muscle 💪 I get so sore, so consistency has been hard, but need to keep at it. Congratulations to you and your hubby!

360-313. Big break and some weight gain after I couldn’t afford compound and eventually found research. Slow and steady. GW prob around 260, which was high school linebacker weight for me.

Thought this was cute. My weight in January 2024

5'2" F, 59yo, SW - 225 lb, CW - 192.2, GW - 135

Took one 0.25mg semaglutide on 4/21/24. Then switched to compounded Tirzepatide (local Pharmacy) starting 4/28. Currently on 15mg Tirzepatide.

I exercise 6-7 days a week, cardio plus weights for at least 1-2 hours. Cut most carbs,. I am a vegetarian so consuming large amounts of protein is a problem. I try to do 1-2 protein shakes a day. When I was counting calories I was eating maybe 1200 a day. Don't count anymore since I eat pretty much the same way everyday. Appetite suppression is pretty decent for the first 5 days then comes back to sort of normal. I never had food noise to begin with , ate 2 meals a day without much snacking, ate when I was hungry. Still struggled to lose weight.

Loss has been very slow about 1 lb a week. Totally lost 32 lbs so far and 48" overall. Clothes which I hadn't worn in years are fitting me well and all my 2x clothes are hanging on me.

215 to 194 since mid August. Didn't start tirz until mid September.

I went from 191 to my current weight of 147, 5’2” female,59 years old, since February’24to oct’24, I started with semi first 2 months then switched to Tirz. I was pre diabetic, super high cholesterol and had high blood pressure. All of my labs have now come back in the normal range😅. Thank God, thanks Tirz. I plan on being on this the rest of my life.

Starting weight- 220 in Nov 2023
Current weight - 178
Started compound Tirz 2.5mg in November 2023, lost 8 lbs on compound, switched to peptides in April 2024, added Reta 2mg in September to break a stall. Now titrating down Tirz to 5mg & Reta 2mg monthly because I have reached my goal weight, with my kind of stature if I lose any more I will look sick. I love the way I look right now, no longer taking my Diltiazem for HTN, knee pain gone. Now I'm researching GLOW protocol, will also try some Semax and Selank for improved cognition.

I’ve been here before but updating my stats.

5”8, I was 266lbs.

Down to 187.

Dropped from a 3xl to a L/XL depending on the clothing.

I still haven’t started weightlifting, that’s on me but finding time around 2 jobs, kids, life etc I was doing A LOT walking/running over the summer which helped.

Started Reta in September when I switched from Tirz.
