Long COVID and ME/CFS anybody?

Anybody here dealing with long Covid and or ME/CFS? I am bedbound in a dark room because of them. I have been seeing great results from heroic doses of ss-31 (50mg) twice a week. Trying to figure out how to optimize this situation biologically (supplements, other peps, etc) and financially/logistically (working towards bulk buying from overseas). If anyone is on a similar journey I’d love to connect over it.
