Lowering my dose?

Hi!
I've done a total of 6 pins as of now. The first month was 1mg, now I'm at 2mg.

I've noticed that I am not exactly loving the feeling I have now: I am constantly feeling full, which is fine and totally expected, but in the weekend if I wake up at 11pm I end up skipping breakfast and because of that I essentially have to skip calories.

Thing is, during the day I cannot catch up with the calories.

Is there a better strategy to deal with this or is it better for me to just go back to 1mg? I currectly weigh 63kg and i'm 172cm. I don't have lots of fat to lose now, I won't keep going for more than some other months, but still.

What do you guys think? Is there a trick to eating more protein dense stuff or it might be better to go back to 1mg? Thanks!
 
Eating more protein dense foods will make you feel even more full. If i were you i would just lower dose back to 1 mg, and go by feel.

i always recommend to start with 0.5 and only titrate up when hunger and food noise come back. If you can stick to your caloric deficit there really isnt any reason to go up in dose.
