So into the next “Stone” lost bracket today. Which I know going off my tracker is confusing. As I weigh in kilos 😂 but very happy that I’ve hit that 8 stone loss for anyone that it makes sense to. I track my dosing weekly against it (Tirz) and switched from getting robbed by Med Express to a more pocket friendly option thanks to all the information here a few weeks ago. 51kg/112lb or 8 stone gone. More to go. But I’m confident this time around.

Wow! 💪 Congratulations, this is pretty amazing to see visually. You should be really proud of your hard work - I am hoping to have similar results in that timeframe. 👍 Did you have any extended stalls during your journey?

There have been slower weeks than others. But thankfully no real stalls so far. The only gain was the effect of a very enjoyable vacation where I honestly hit pause on any consideration on what I was eating. Still couldn’t eat large quantities of anything. But anything and everything I felt I had been missing out on went in my mouth that week.

Congratulations on your milestone! Neither of your weights do make sense to me, which is what just gave me the idea to switch to one of them for myself. Cause whoa, getting my weight in stone or kilos would probably be emotionally neutral for me in a way that pounds isn't, and would allow me to continue daily weighing to monitor trends up or down without feeling ways over the number.

Off to Amazon to price check a scale that weighs in stone.

Historically. Mentally my weight had always been in stones. Then the health screening that was my wake up call had a number in Kilo. And that’s what I stuck with since. Plus it makes the maths in my spreadsheet a little easier for things like a rough BMR and BMI that I like to have a gauge on too.
It must be said though. I do like the pounds only count just because it is the biggest number to change so had a good effect mentally.

I'm just delighted that you accidentally pointed out that there are two whole units of measurement that mean nothing to me emotionally that I have the option of using. I switched my scale to kilos five minutes ago. "I lost 0.2 kilos. I don't know what that means, but I don't need to know, hooray I'm losing weight!" 😀
