Lost 70 pounds a year ago, with TRT hard training, nutrition and Tirzepatide.
Been sitting at 200lbs, 5 foot 9, 31 inch jeans for a while now. Still using a little Tirz, and slowly recomping at this point. Lost a couple inches off my waist in the last 3-4 months while maintaining 200lbs. Im right around 15% body fat.
Just started 2mg of Reta once a week. Looking to get a little lighter, and drop my body fat to 10-12 percent. Ideally ill end up around 185lbs.
I lift weights 4 days a week, do fasted cardio 5 days a week and generally stay pretty active. Diet is on point, non drinker. I figure ill start with a 500 calorie deficit and see how that feels.
Ill also most likely add a few IU's of GH next month as well. Just enough to bring my Z score up from .4 to 2.
For others that have made the switch, is there anything I should look out for or be aware of?
