My first Nexaph order arrived

I placed the order on Apr 21st and I received my Tesamorelin and CJC kits today. It came packaged in a plastic tray wrapped securely in bubble wrap. Can someone please verify that it is OK if the pucks are broken up inside the vials? Also, the vials are not individually labeled like the vials in the photos in the COA... is that standard when ordering kits?
Apologies for the noob questions... I just wanted reassurance before placing another order with Nexaph. TIA

Yes, the broken pucks are normal: Broken, crumbled, solid, powdered "pucks" or "cakes" are normal.

And, as expected, the vials I received from Nexaph are not labeled individually.

The pucks are ok. That can also happen during delivery, too. I saw the UPS driver throw my order on the porch from more than 10 feet away. Smh Either way, the product is absolutely fine.
