Hey folks,

I've been trying to pin down dosing info, but I'm seeing a huge range depending on the source.

My supplier offers a blend containing NAD+ (100 mg) + MOTS-C (10 mg) + 5-Amino-1MQ (10 mg).

There's no real cost savings compared to buying them separately, but I like the idea of reducing storage clutter (instead of having 30 separate vials).

Do these ratios look reasonable? The NAD+ dose in particular seems low - I've read that many people report needing around 100 mg per dose for any noticeable effect. Curious what others have found works best with each of these components. Tia

I can’t comment on the dose of the 3 together primarily because 5am1q wasn’t available for injection until 6 months ago and the dosing is anecdotal as there are no human trials. Same for oral tablets but there is more info available about orals than subq.

Some of the drawbacks in buying all 3 as a blend in the same vial include:

1. Inability to test the purity for any one of them - blends are sometimes made from compounds with a purity that is below what is acceptable if sold individually.
2. Blends do not provide flexibility with dosing.
3. If there is a negative experience/reaction to the blend, there is no way to know which component caused the reaction.

I’m sure others will chime in with additional pros/cons and anecdotal dosing.
