(last one is Ben Greenfield, Life-extension guru).

This new topic and I'm trying to learn more about it.

Here's what I've read so far;
  • -NR (niagen) is a form of vitamin B3 that converts into NAD+ inside cells through enzymatic pathways, requiring fewer conversion steps than other precursors.
  • -Once inside the cell, NR is first converted to NMN before becoming NAD+
  • -Straight NAD+ (IM, IV or Fat Cells). Is injected (IM or Fat Cells),... or IV Drip (which can take hours).
  • -NMN is the immediate precursor to NAD+, needing only one step before converting to NAD+
  • -NR is considered more efficient for boosting NAD+ levels because it is smaller and can enter cells directly, whereas NAD+ is too large to cross cell membranes and must be broken down into precursors for absorption.
*Anyone try injectable NAD+ OR NR+ ---- HOW did it work out... any noticeable improvements?

Thanks for your constructive input ~
