Hi, two years ago I started with semaglutide and then after one year switched to tirzepitide. I had 55 pounds to lose and before I reached my goal, I stalled and have been stalled a long time. I’m at Max dose tirz now. I recently ordered my first vial of retatrutide. I’m waiting for it to come in. I started hearing about these different ways to get the medication so I’ve been researching. I ordered my Reta from skye but it’s still not very affordable for me as I am probably going to need higher doses being I’ve been on GLP for a long time. I was maintaining my weight until I recently started an estrogen patch for my low hormones and that is putting weight on me without any changes and diet and exercise and I’m still taking tirz! So I have to find something to help me and try to lose the 10 pounds I’ve regained and continue to my goal. I’ve discontinued the estrogen for now as well, even though I felt good, but I cannot gain all that weight back. I would love to be able to order a kit, but I’m still trying to find some knowledgeable people nice enough to steer me in the right direction. I’ve ended up here so I’m hoping I’m in the right place.! nice to meet you all ❤️

I suggest you spend LOTS of time reading all the "New posts" threads, exploring the "Forums" table of contents structure and its contents, and using the Search icon every time something leads you to questions. All the answers will reveal themselves, and you'll save massive amounts of money in your successful quest, once you switch to "kits" of 10 vials [quoted prices are for the stated mg x10, so don't be surprised if you're spending 1/10th of what you had been].

You also might consider people's alternative protocols (depending on things like food noise on Day 6/7 every week) like split-week dosing or fewer-days dosing...there are online calculators to do that more safely.
