Well, well, well, as if we didn't already have enough CagriSema drama.

This is going to be an extremely quick trial, ending in April. Seems like NN is thinking that CagriSema can coexist in the same pH, in the same solution. I will still be holding off on my Cagri freezer stock for now, and will be following closely for the published results. It might end the CagriSema argument.

Yeah, very interesting.

Where did you find the chamber details? All I see is PDS290 vs DV3384, though I see the dosage is listed split with PDS290 - is DV3384 the single chamber?

DV3384 is their new pen:

https://onderzoekmetmensen.nl/en/trial/55925

"The DV3384 pen-injector is a dual chamber single-dose device. The DV3384
pen-injector administers the two products as a single dose."

PDS290 is their old normal insulin pen:

"The PDS290 pen injector (FlexTouch®) is a novel device designed to address specific usability issues and to be used safely and effectively for all intended users, uses and use environments. FlexTouch® is currently approved in combination with insulin detemir/insulin aspart in the United States and several other combinations in Europe."

It seems to me that Novo has already got to have a pretty strong indication that this will work out. They have to have tested beforehand that the drugs work stay preserved in the right solution or else they wouldn't have received authorization to test in human subjects.

Yeah. Seems unlikely they'd be testing this without strong evidence it is safe.

Do we know what pH the combined solution is?
