Hi! 👋🏻 i am new to grey but have been on glp-1’s for the past few years. I started on Sema, worked my way to the max dose and it stopped working. Started tirz in sept. of 2024, worked my way to the max dose and didn’t notice a difference between 15 mg and 10 mg, so I backed myself down to 10 mg in Feb. 2025. I am tired of paying high prices so started to explore grey. In reading about grey, I learned about Reta and I think it will be a great change. I received my first vial today of 10mg Reta from a single vial supplier. If I like the change in meds, I plan to buy bulk. Like most, I am nervous about contamination and just want to research and learn as much as possible. Also curious about stacking.

Thanks for having me! Looking forward to driving into the forum.

Welcome, I'm a newbie (just forced off compounding) looking at the same question. What I've heard is that reta doesn't have as much appetite suppression as tirz or sema, but that the (glucagon) fat burning helps you loose weight anyway. I plan to start slowly (microdosing every other day) to minimize side effects as I titrate up, but that's just cuz I like experiments as much as online research. My goal is just keeping weight off not losing any so I'm interested in being able to eat things I enjoy, but being in control of food noise, and my belly.

Note that reta is about 2x more expensive than tirz and maybe 4x more than sema for effective dose, but if you're paying 30x less it doesn't seem like such a big deal. I found a big vendor with local warehouse and groups to test with, but look for your own personal risk tolerance. The cleanliness habit, looking closely at the product, and wiping down every contact surface are key for me.

There are published reports of slightly more heart rate increase with reta.

Reta is all I used so I can't comment on the appetite suppression compared to the others.

But for me, reta suppresses my appetite enough, in fact, it's borderline too much suppression and I am only up to 3 mg weekly currently. I know I don't eat enough some days. However, "food noise" was never my problem.

While reta is a lot more expensive than the others, it's also easily paying for itself as we rarely eat out these days.
