Hi, i am not new to the peps but new to talking about them….this kind of thing is kind of out of my comfort zone, but doing things on my own only got me so far….i am looking for some help from trustworthy people….im hoping i find what im looking for here….im a close but not quite 50 year old woman trying everything i can to fight what comes along with age & to keep healthy as long as i can
