I’m excited to be here as I navigate my journey toward better health. I have to admit, I have fear of uncertainty—it can be quite overwhelming at times. This is all new to me and it’s overwhelming. The new landscape across our continent doesn’t help.

One of the biggest challenges I face is the frustrating state of healthcare. Waiting up to 18 months for meeting a new doctor feels like an eternity, and it often leaves me feeling lost and anxious about my health.

I’m here to share my experiences, learn from others, and hopefully find some support along the way. Looking forward to connecting with all of you!

Welcome to the party. Don't ask for venders. Do your research ask questions. If you ask for vendors, you may easily get scammed. Plan on eventually getting scammed. This is really the free market here. Legit venders get the business, while the shady ones fall.

Spend some time ... seriously ... a bunch of time on each of the pages and sections of this forum. Use the search bar. Use the bookmark button to save posts. You WILL want to refer back to so many of them.
This is the BEST forum out there. HANDS DOWN! Unlike so many, this one has so much information to absorb. It's also organized so much better. And the information comes without all the whining and the "macho-ego" arguments between members (clearly over-stimulated and suffering from 'roid rage) trying to prove who's muscles are bigger through a virtual chat room. THIS is NOT that.
