Hi everyone, I am a newbie here who is very passionate about learning, as much as I can about different peptides. I am mainly interested in....fat loss around the stomach, memory and brain enhancement and general overall well-being.

I am looking forward and am excited about learning a lot here.

Which ones are you considering? I will throw in a word of caution, theres not much you can do to target "fat loss around the stomach." Fat is a little more systematic so it tends to pull from all over. To aid in shaping the way you want (I am assuming thinner midsection) you will want to do some lifting that focuses on the areas that you do not necessarily want to be smaller. Moving heavy weights is the single best way to minimize muscle loss and bone loss.

I was interested in Sermorelin as it is supposed to cut down extra body fats, especially abdominal fat tissue. AOD 9604 is also supposed to burn down body fat by boosting fat metabolism. Ipamorelin, IGF1 LR3, Tesamorelin, for fat loss. Memory such as....Pinealon, Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR), NAD+ and this is just a few of the current ones I am reading up on.

Welcome to the community!

Tesamorelin is the only one I know that is proven to reduce visceral fat (and prescribed for that purpose). But people need to understand that visceral fat is not the same as abdominal adipose tissue - aka your beer gut. Visceral fat surrounds your organs within your abdominal cavity and is a high risk factor to your health.

I didn’t realize any great results with sermorelin. Currently researching tesamorelin 2 mg, 5 on, 2 off, 2 week recovery after 14 weeks of the 5/2 weekly protocol. Not sure I can credit the tesa for the fat lost around the middle. Prob just more tirz action melting it all away from all over.

Excellent, and I really appreciate this info. I really don't have a lot to lose as I'm quite slim anyway, but I am what some call...."skinny/fat..... I wanted to try and fix that.

HGH does it all.

You hit the nail on the head. Back in 2011, the doctor at the men's health clinic I was using told me that visceral fat is the problem and if you focus on removing visceral fat, the inflammation in your body calms down and you shrink almost overnight. The way he described it was imagine if you had a balloon that is full of visceral fat and enflamed tissue. Then on the outside of the balloon you add adipose too a section to make a gut. WHat is going to make you smaller and healthier -- Taking some visceral fat from the inside will make you smaller all over and cause the inflammation to subside so the entire balloon shrinks, or just removing adipose from the front and the balloon stays the exact same size, just a little shaplier?

Made sense to me.

HGH does it all.
Forgive me if you have posts about this somewhere, I did not search the page. I have wanted to use HGH for years but I find 100s of different methodologies and can't seem to pull the trigger because I do not want to waste it. Do you have a recommended place to read about proper HGH regimens you wouldn't mind sharing with me?

Kudos to you for wanting to better yourself. Skinny fat is fixed through diet and gymtime. Look into some peptides for muscle growth and spend some heavy time in the gym for a bit. It won't take long if you find a good regimen.

Welcome! I'm new here too and excited to learn. Those are really interesting areas you're focusing on. Looking forward to learning alongside you in this community!

Here are a couple of nuggets to get you started down a rabbit hole…

Welcome!!! I would say a good place to start with is tirz for fat loss and the you could add in some glow for skin tightening as well. For memory and brain enhancement check out Semax for cognitive enhancement. Since glow is a blend and contains GHK-CU, BPC-157, and TB500 you will get all of the extra benefits. Happy researching!!
