Recently, I discovered that a malfunctioning pH meter led to higher-than-ideal and potentially harmful pH levels in several formulas. This has caused burning and stinging during injections, which I know can be uncomfortable and frustrating. Additionally, some products have exhibited gelling during shipping in colder weather. I deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you that I am taking immediate action to address the problem.
What Happened
The pH meter I rely on to ensure formulas maintain the proper pH balance for safety and comfort began providing inaccurate readings.
