Honestly I enjoy being able to run that far. Yeah training sucks, but the mental high of being able to do it, makes it worthwhile to me.

I cant see a pill giving me the same feeling.
 
It doesn't imply that taking it will burn a 10k run worth of calories LOL. This is nothing.

It simply states that it puts you into a metabolic state (ketosis), which you would be in if you ran a 10k on an empty stomach.

OR, don't bother with the damn drug and cut carbs for a few days and bingo, ketosis.
