Updated Release notes on Novo’s Cargi/ Sema Blend Study stating that when Cagrilintide and Semaglutide are combined into one formulation they don’t stay stable. This requires each molecule to be held in dual chambers in order to stay stable. UNTIL Today they are testing a two different singular formulations and will release results from new study once complete. So… I am wondering that the Cagri/Sema blend being offered by vendors is even effective. They should be pinned separately. What is everyone’s thoughts?

(sorry if I'm misunderstanding what you said)

Fyi the dual chamber thing has been the case for a while actually. Here's the pen patent I believe:

Thanks for sharing. Mind linking the source?

I think he's referring to CagriSema premixed lyophilized blends in a singular vial being offered by many vendors. I received a (gift) couple vials of 10/10 so I'm wondering as well.

FYI This is the cagri sema trial that compares the two different auto injectors.
It's a tiny study, 18 people for a few weeks only, so I'm unsure how thorough the findings would be in relation to the ph and oligomer/fibrils concerns.
