I'm on sema, slowly titrating up. I'm currently on .5mg weekly. I'm getting a good deal of appetite suppression, but I also feel like I'm having thirst suppression. I am having a really hard time getting in enough fluids. Part of it is that drinking makes me feel full, and I would have to constantly drink past fullness to get 80-100 oz of water in per day.
I generally drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning, and only water after that. I don't drink any soda, juice, or alcohol. I have been experimenting with adding some gatorade zero packets to my water in the hopes that it would make me want to drink more. I don't want to have much of that, though, because I generally avoid artificial sweeteners.
Any ideas or advice?

You could try broth, jello, ice pops. I use NUUN electrolyte tablets And get them from Amazon. Lots of crushed ice.
