Only my second week

Right now I am 3 full days into my second week of using Zepbound (2.5mg)

It is not working as well as last week. Last week I experienced no desire to eat for 4 full days and then a gradual return of my appetite on day 5. This week my gradual return of appetite began this morning.

Is this typical of how Tirzepatide works?
Or
Was I enthusiastic about the beginning of my new weight loss journey that I just forgot to eat on day 4 last week?
Or
Was it a combination of the two?

Totally normal:
1. You're not even in what's considered the therapeutic dose by Elli Lilly. 2.5mg is the starting dosage to get your body acclimated, it's not supposed to have any therapeutic effect, although some do anyway.
2. Because of the half life of Tirzepatide, it takes a couple of weeks to build up in your body.

Don't be in a hurry and give it some more time.
