For real?
It's from a compounded site.
And they're selling it for the same price as their compounded injectable.
Talk to me. . . .

a quick google search leads me to believe it’s one or two compounding pharmacies who offer it. I’ve never heard of those providers either.

Could look on Reddit for any reviews

One source states: 'determined to be unsafe.' 🤣
That cuts a large swath, as they say.

It seems like bioavailability through the gut would be tough to predict and hugely lower than SQ.

0/10 chance I’d take what’s currently available, and same odds it’s vaguely interesting to me. Too much research, safety data, and experience at this point to deviate from SQ.

Just because you can put it into a pill, does not mean it will work. The vendors will sell anything people want to buy whether it works or not and whether it is safe or not ( like DNP ). The oral version of semaglutide required developing very specific drugs to allow it to be absorbed and even then only a few percent make it through. Tirzepatide pills will dissolve and the peptide will be rapidly degraded in the stomach, bioavailability is probably zero or so close it does not matter. If it has to be oral orfoglipron is probably fine though injected tirzepatide is both more effective and has less side effects.
