I’m thinking of stacking a little (microdose) sema with my 7.5mg tirz. I don’t need to buy Gray currently as I have access to 2mg pens. I watched some videos about there being 72 clicks in a pen and trying to figure out tiny doses counting clicks isn’t for me. I would also prefer to use my own needles. The pens are labeled 2 mg/3 mL and trying to figure out the math on it is not computing with my brain. How would I use a peptide calculator to figure this out? Would it be 2 mg of product and 1 mL of agent? 2mg product/3ml agent? Thank you in advance for those who’ve got this figured out.😂

Edit: never mind, I think I'm mathing wrong and don't want to give you bad info.
See I’ve been stabbing myself for a year now and all of a sudden I can’t figure it out. I’m trying to go for .025 and I found a list of dosage by “clicks” but I want to remove the entire contents to a vial and dose with regular needles not the PEN.

So, the pen itself contains 3ml? With 2mg sema in it? Can you possibly get a picture of the label?

How were you told to take it? Usually pharma is a dose in .5ml was my impression, but that would make each .5ml dose 1/3mg, which isn't typical.

I'm not used to pharma grade, if you can't tell.

Is the 2mg pen supposed to be four doses of .5mg at 18 clicks each? That makes the most sense to me.

Same here. I’ve been buying Gray for so long.
It’s not my prescription
About six months ago, I wrote to the group asking what a comparable TIRZ dose is to sema as my friend was going through the VA and all they would give him is Ozempic. I got him taking TIRZ instead, because of no results from Ozempic and his labs were amazing after that he still has several pens of Ozempic and I’m wanting to stack a little bit of it for both of us his lab results were great, but his weight loss has been bricked for many months. He is a disabled vet. He lives in great pain 24/7so there’s no weight lifting or real exercise options for him right now. (he is looking at about six surgeries)
So that’s how I have the Ozempic.
I could go buy some gray, but I have some for free that I want to try first
But damn, if I’m not spoiled by the ease of reconstituting my own😂

No, I 100% understand! Did you get the prescribed instructions with them, or does he still have them? Or if you could post the label- I want to try to help but I want to be 100% sure I'm giving you the right information!

Ideally you'd figure out the concentration then put it into a sterile vial to dose from.

I’m going over there Monday I will try to get a picture of it. I should’ve done it when I had the chance but I thought I was smart enough to figure it out.😂

It looks like all strengths of Ozempic in the US are in 3mL. So 2mg, 4mg, and 8mg.

Are you trying to do .25mg (reg starting dose) or .025mg?

You’d enter everything the same in a calc: the dose, the strength, the volume.

There’s also:
Desired mg/actual mg * volume
.025/2 * 3 =0.0375 rounded is 4u
.25/2 * 3 =0.375 rounded 38u

I’m wanting to start at .025 so this helps thank you very much so much so much so much.❤️

Sorry for the hijack: I've never used white-market. I thought the pen is always fixed single-dose, single-use, with four pens in a box. What's the story with clicks? And are the pens for brand-name tirzepatide and semaglutide identical to one another in function?

The Ozempic comes in multidose pens. You just switch off the needle cap, and get a New needle each time. I prefer using my Autoject and dosing out of a bottle, so I’m going to move the product out of the pen, so I can microdose and not “count clicks”. I will be honest and also say I cannot just stab myself I have to use the Autoject 😂 so that pen is going bye-bye

With sema single dose is Wegovy and the click pen is Ozempic. They are the same med but one is prescribed for weight loss and the other for A1C. The click pen allows you to choose dosage.

I always used the pen. It was really easy.
