Hi all 👋🏼 been on GLP1s for 16 months now, it’s changed my life. Sema/Tirz. Approaching 100pds lost, a little more to go. Happy to have found the ‘gray way’ and like this forum cos telegram freaks me out. Have a lot of learning to do. I’ve been reading for several days now.
