Based on customer feedback and internal testing data, the pH level of our BAC product is unstable and fluctuates within the normal range. Products including Tesa, CJC, AOD, and CJC/IPA are highly sensitive to pH. There is a certain risk of gelling when mixing them with our BAC.


Please avoid reconstituting the above products with our BAC.

# Important Notice
Recently, cases of turbidity have occurred when reconstituting Reta with our BAC. If you encounter this issue, please stop using it immediately and purchase Hospira BAC to reconstitute Reta. If your order only contains Reta and BAC, we will provide an equivalent compensation for the BAC and one vial of turbid Reta in your next order.
 
It is recommended to test the pH of our BAC with test strips before use.
The pH for reconstituting Reta should be maintained at around 7.
Cloudy Reta can be fixed by adding phosphate buffered saline (PBS). Another vendor confirmed that the manufacturer rushed this batch, and salts were somehow introduced, which messed up the pH. As little as 0.2 mL of PBS can fix the problem. If you used 3 mL of BAC, you will need to transfer the solution to a larger vial.
