Prostate Cancer and on Lupron.

I have a friend that has Prostate cancer. They have had the cancer for a long time and is in remission. They do take an annual shot of Lupron which litterally stops all their Tes production. They want to try a GLP1 Tirzep or Reta. Just curious if anyone has been through this and if he can try GLPs. The doctor said the drugs can be mixed but the Lupron will definitely dilute the GLPs and that Lupron and the GLPs will be a double actuator for muscle loss which looks like the biggest concern. So anyone doing this or has knowledge we would love to hear from you.
