Hello everyone I'd like to bring your attention to this new peptide that has gone under radar. Icotrokinra is a first-in-class oral peptide that precisely targets and blocks the IL-23 receptor. It binds to the IL-23 receptor, which effectively inhibits the IL-23 pathway and the downstream signaling that drives inflammation in conditions like plaque psoriasis and ulcerative colitis.
They have submitted for FDA approval in July 2025 and it's currently pending.
I found a user on Reddit who was part of the trial and here's his results

2 week results according to user (you can find these if you search it's old name "JNJ-2113 results reddit"
I just wanted to spread the word to other sufferers like me that there's a peptide with promise on the horizon.
