Purity peptides ????

Hello, I'm new to this peptide field. I have a question about the purity of peptides. Does anyone have any reading recommendations where I can clear up any doubts? The main question is what is the harm in consuming a peptide between 95%-98%? Are there any health risks? Can it cause any disease? Or cancer? Or what is the main problem with a lower purity? I appreciate the help.
 
Similar discussions we had a few times here already. I think the most simple, yet still correct, answer is "the higher the better" whatever the reasoning behind is. Many well recognized vendors here sell products >99% pure, so why buying anything <98%?
