So I had seen Qing Li on a few Jano COA's from various domestic sources and decided to contact them to buy direct. I didn't quite know what I was doing with buying direct or how to find/vet vendors yet. So I talked with "Stella" and ended up placing an order for Mots-c, TA1, and KPV on Oct 29 2025. Everything went smoothly and I received my order on 11/21/2025. I asked for the COA's which were promised when I placed my order. The KPV didn't have one even though I was told it did when I placed the order. The Mots-c had a manufacture date of 11/16/2025 (which was suspect since it was so close to the order date) but the COA was dated 04/25/2025. And the TA1 report had red caps but I received a batch with white caps. When I questioned Stella about the discrepancies, she said cap colors don't matter as far as batches go. And refused to comment on the timeline discrepancy or missing COA and said I'm welcome to test them myself.
This is shady and unprofessional in my opinion. Sending false COA's and changing dates make the entire order sketchy. So I would recommend going with another vendor as I have since found other similar stories from people buying from them.
