Does the amount of R impact the overall weight of the powder? Or is the powder mostly made of filler?

I ask because I ordered R10 from amo in September and R20 from amo recently. As tested by Vanguard, both are similar purity (99.86 vs. 99.61), similar weight (10.17 vs. 10.05) and the pucks appear identical in size (see photo).

So is the R20 powder twice as potent as the R10? Or have I received R10 both times despite the second set of kits being labeled R20?

The measure you gave are in grams? You realize that the actual product is in milligrams, so 1/1000 of a gram?

1mg is 0.001g (your scale is most likely not even precise enough to measure that).

Now the vials themselves when empty don't weight exactly the same from one to another, a 1% difference is pretty good. Assuming the vials themselves weight about 6g, 1% of that is 60mg.

On top of that, they could use different stopper, different cap, etc.

10mg is absolutely nothing as you can see here, if you take the above into account, there's no way you can measure that with a scale.

As @MrsRoper_1977 said, almost all the powder is just excipients. Even if you measure the excipients you would most likely not know, I'm not sure if they use proportional measurement or if they always add the same amount regardless of the amount of peptide.

The only way to know what you got is send it for testing, if it was that easy to figure that out people would not pay 300$ for that test

Mg, the weighing was done by Vanguard labs.

I'm confused. Are you comparing the weight of the actual vial "(10.17 vs. 10.05)" and visually seeing similar amounts and asking if for example a 5mg vial has a less net contents then a 60mg vial? Or are you telling us your testing company says you didn't receive 20mg, you got 10mg?

He’s asking why a 20mg and 10mg vial both contained roughly 10 grams of filler, yes

Is mainly Mannitol filler, protects the pep during freezing, etc. Without it, you would think its empty. When I buy 20mg of a pep from QSC, I often get 20mg-22mg. They overfill. Should not get 10mg. Jano has no problem separating the mannitol and list the true fill quantity on a COA. If you trust your lab, complain to amo. You have proof in hand that both vials are 10mg. It is not like the potency of alcohol at 20% vs 40%. Here you are buying by weight.

Vanguard is known to be a lab with poor testing results/procedures. You might need to send to another lab before Amo accepts the results.

Edit: Seems other members already stated this, sorry for the repetition.

The latter, my testing company says I received 10mg instead of 20. But since my testing company is crap, I’ll have to pick another.
