Reconstituted first vial ever

Please point out any mistakes:

1) wiped down bac water vial and lyophilized vial with alcohol pad
2) sterile syringe, drew out 2mL bac, filled vial (was a strong vacuum in vial, so took that as a good sign)
3) rotated vial a few times, waited about 15 minutes, solution looked clear
4) used same syringe to draw out solution
5) unscrewed luer lock needle and disposed, attached sterile filter and new sterile needle
6) wiped down top of new sterile vial with alcohol pad
7) injected solution through filter into new sterile vial (very slow)

Final vial is crystal clear. Since I used a 0.02 micron filter w/ prefilter, it took a lot of force to push the solution through, so I probably spent a good 2 minutes just filling the new vial. A few drops leaked out between the luer slip needle and filter, so I probably could have gone even slower, or made sure the needle was pushed on tighter. I think mostly the issue is just being paranoid and using an overkill filter, though.

According to the CoA, this vial is 18mg COCAINE, so I've got a ratio of 18mg/2mL. Despite losing a few drops in the process, ratio should be the same, so I'll probably conservatively try 0.5mL (4.5mg) for my first dose from this vial. I usually take 7.5mg, so hopefully all will be well.

Going forward look into the use of a vent needle. You might see a 2nd filter being used (wasted?) on the vent in your research. Keep in mind the most notable site that recommends it (and accompanying demo video) sells filters!

I use one filter per reconstitution, I don't filter the vent.

Thanks to @nonyabizznez and @Morbius, I have learned that the money spent on vial filters would be much better spent on wearing gloves to prevent staph, with some money left over to play the lottery now and then.

I may eventually ease up. But I got 50 of these things now, so might as well use 'em.

I filter but don't use a 2nd filter on the vent. It's not due to frugality. I'm introducing air in the vial anyway so I haven't made sense of it. I got a good deal on 100 Ks-Tech 4mm filters from AliExpress at about half the price of a US seller who'd basically cornered the market on 4mm (that's a whole other can of worms).

TBH after acquiring my peptides I don't really care what it costs to inject them safely. I'm not freaking out that at double or triple the price Bac water is still a small expense per injection as are good quality syringes and other accoutrement.
