Does anyone have any information on the effects of different reconstitution volume?
When I started on Tirz, I reconstituted 15mg with 3ml and used 0.5ml = 2.5mg. A month later on my second vial I wanted to up my dose so I reconstituted 15mg with 1ml and injected 0.33ml= 5mg.
It seems the 2.5mg had a bigger effect than the 5mg and made me wonder if the reconstitution volume matters and not just the mg potency.

Does 5mg in 0.5ml work the same as 5mg in 1ml?

Your math checks out, and generally different volumes of injections will work the same (although higher volume means more time to absorb into your bloodstream). A bit sidetracked, but a higher volume has less likelihood of immunogenicity so might actually be more effective over time (the research isn't set in stone on this though). What's likely happening in your scenario is you are gaining a tolerance to the Tirz and getting hungrier as you weigh less which is counteracting the appetite suppression. That's why people titrate up in doses as they go. Another possibility is that your second vial was underdosed compared to the first but if they are from the same batch that is less likely.
